Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order at no cost up to 5 minutes after it has been placed. Because of the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept an order cancellation once the restaurant has already begun preparing it.
- AL BROOJ reserves the right to automatically cancel an order if the restaurant is unexpectedly closed, an item is out of stock, or if we cannot accommodate your delivery location.
2. Refunds
- If an online payment order is cancelled before preparation begins, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- For issues like missing or incorrect items, please contact customer support. We may offer a proportional refund or store credit after validating your claim.
- Approved refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account, subject to standard banking procedure timelines.
3. Unacceptable Claims
Refund requests based strictly on subjective tastes, delayed deliveries due to severe traffic/weather, or inaccurate address provided by the user will generally be denied.
