This policy explains what personal information Al Brooj collects when you use this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
- Order details: phone number, delivery address, items ordered, notes and order history.
- Location (optional): only if you tap "Share my current location" or "Use my current location", we save that map point with your order so the rider can find you, and use it to show the nearest branch.
- Payments: handled by Cashfree Payments. We receive only the payment status and reference, never your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
How we use it
- To prepare, deliver and track your order and to contact you about it.
- To save your addresses so ordering again is quicker.
- To process payments and refunds, keep accounts and meet legal requirements.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who can see it
Only our restaurant staff who handle your order, our payment processor (Cashfree Payments) and our hosting provider (Google Firebase, servers in India) process your data, only for the purposes above.
Storage and security
Data is stored securely with Google Firebase and protected by sign-in and access rules. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounts and tax law.
Your choices
You can delete saved addresses from the Account page at any time. To get a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, email albroojchandak@gmail.com from your sign-in email address.
Cookies
We use your browser's storage only to keep you signed in, remember your cart and the branch you chose. No advertising cookies are used.
