Al Brooj delivers freshly cooked food locally from its branches in Poonch, Jammu & Kashmir, India. We do not ship outside our local delivery areas.
Delivery areas
- Al Brooj Chandak: up to 10 km from the restaurant.
- Al Brooj Poonch: nearby areas of Poonch town.
When you share your location at checkout, the website checks the distance and tells you if you are outside the delivery area. You can always choose pickup instead.
Delivery charges and minimum order
The delivery fee and any minimum order amount for the branch are shown on its menu page and in the bill before you place the order (for example, Al Brooj Chandak: ₹30 delivery, minimum order ₹100).
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 30–60 minutes after the restaurant accepts them. Times can be longer during rush hours or bad weather. You can follow the status live on your order page: Placed → Accepted → Ready → Out for delivery → Delivered.
Pickup
Choose "Pickup" at checkout and collect your order from the branch when the order page shows Ready.
Failed delivery
If the rider cannot reach you at the address or phone number given, we will try to contact you. Orders that cannot be delivered for this reason may not be refunded, as the food is freshly prepared.
